The weekend is drawing near (Hallelujah)
With the temperature outside as it is, it would be lovely to catch up with a close friend over a hot pot of
tea. And having any excuse to buy fresh flowers and sweet treats is a good one for me.
And of course, make it a point to dress up in floaty tops and twirly skirts.
Because they are just plain fun.
And one needs to feel girly sometimes
And then settle down for some good old-fashioned gossip sessions about the latest fashion, the crappy weather, Idina Menzel's Oscar performance...All is good.
Because close friends are the balm to one's soul. And it is exactly what the doctor ordered to combat a tedious work week.
